CHANGES | RETURNS | GUARANTEE

At RICHCLOTHING , your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, which is why we have established our exchange, return, and guarantee policies to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's how they work:

  1. Changes: If for any reason you need to change an item you purchased at RICHCLOTHING , we offer you a period of 30 days from the delivery date. You can choose a new product of equal value or use the amount as a credit for future purchases. Please be sure to return the item in its original, unused condition and with all original tags and packaging.

CHANGES

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gifter decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gifter and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75,000 COP, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.

  1. RETURNS

    Our policy is 30 days after the delivery date of the item. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

    You can request a return or exchange of one or more items only if your item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it, you must make sure you keep all the labels.

    Additional items that cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards or vouchers, whether digital or physical.
    • Items where odor or dirt is evident.
    • Items damaged by mishandling.
    • Articles that are not cared for according to the indications on their internal label.

    To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • Refunds (if applicable).
    • Sale items (if applicable).
    • Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days, which varies depending on your bank.

    • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    • If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

  2. Money returns: If you prefer to receive a refund instead of an exchange, RICHCLOTHING offers a period of 8 days from the date of delivery to request a money return. Item must be in its original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable time.

  1. Warranty: At RICHCLOTHING , we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect on an item within the first 60 days from the delivery date, we'll be happy to offer you a warranty. Get in touch with our customer service team, providing details and proof of the defect, and we will do our best to remedy it, either by replacing the item or by carrying out a repair.

It is important to note that our exchange, return and guarantee policies are subject to certain conditions and exceptions. For example, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on personalized items or intimate hygiene products.
